Our preferred connection method for screen sharing and live troubleshooting is Teamviewer. If you already have the full version installed, then you will simply give us the 9 digit ID and password when we connect on the phone. If you don’t already have the full version, please access this link https://get.teamviewer.com/infodatix. If we haven’t already given teleconference instructions, please call your consultant at the telephone in the consultant’s email signature.
